Well, as the seller, I can confirm the happiness! Tish sold my house in a short amount of time and for a price well above my expectations. That's what one expects from any competent agent – but Tish did so much more. Most importantly, she was extremely understanding about how upsetting it was to be selling the home my late mother had left for me. I needed to sell it, but I did not WANT to sell it, and that made for many difficult conversations and meltdowns. Tish was supportive in every way, and I always felt that she was helping me arrive at the best decisions for my situation without pressuring me to do what may have been in HER best interest. The process of preparing a house for sale, especially one that has not been updated in quite a long time, can be very overwhelming. Tish helped with everything, including locating quality vendors for flooring, painting, and other necessary repairs. Selling my mother's house was very hard for me, but Tish made the entire process as simple and painless as it could possibly have been, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
